
BRANCHE is a creative agency based in Paris, born from a simple conviction: in experience, value is not proclaimed. It is part of the continuity of a presence, when image and place cease to be two parallel languages and become a single gesture, recognizable, measured, lasting, capable of unfolding without dilution.
BRANCHE brings together two expert and complementary studios: Atelier la BRANCHE (Location: retail, hospitality, residential) and ALB DESIGN (Image: 360° identity). This union gave rise to a proprietary method called M.A.T.R.I.C.E.®, whose goal is to link the brand promise to the actual experience, and then the experience to what it produces, so that creation ceases to be a commentary and becomes a firm decision.

Architecture is the spatial translation of the DNA of a place, a brand, or an institution. It ensures a deep coherence between intention, material, and experience, and allows each project to express a unique and lasting identity.
We implement responsible architecture that is attentive to the site, the clarity of the layout, and user comfort. It ranges from housing to flagship stores, from hotels to retail, to produce appropriate responses tailored to each context.

We approach brand identity as a total experience, in which signs, images, lights, interactions, and uses come together in a sensory and engaging journey. This approach allows us to create emotional worlds that are clear and consistent.
We build identities that can be expressed at all levels: visual universes, graphic principles, print & digital, signage, guidelines, and adaptation systems.
THE M.A.T.R.I.C.E.® METHOD
We measure the premises and image, their perceived values, then decide on the design levers with the greatest impact. The method links three realities: what the brand promises (DNA, positioning, codes), what customers experience (journey, relationship, comfort, clarity) and what the business observes (conversion, loyalty, efficiency, network consistency).
Creation is not limited to an aesthetic choice; it is a response to an issue raised by our method.
EXPERIENCE HEALTH SCORE®
BRANCHE opens a new chapter in the analysis of the actual state of the experience, both on the customer side (CX) and on the team side (EX).
This score identifies areas of tension, measures what is missing, and prioritizes what needs to be fixed, by observing not only the performance of the experience, but also the states it induces in both customers and teams: a calm or stressed customer base, guided or lost; teams that are proud or under pressure, in control or overloaded.
